We lived it first. Then we turned it into software.

Your company grew.Your ERP didn't.

Metrify was born right there: when selling, invoicing and inventory still worked, but the operation had filled up with questions, spreadsheets, waiting and rules only a few people knew.

The test most ERPs do not want to take

If Excel disappeared tomorrow, what would stop working?

That is usually where the real edge of the system appears: everything that still depends on asking, searching, reinterpreting or entering data again.

“Let me check”“Ask systems”“Send me the reference”“I'll confirm”“I think we have it”“Let me check another branch”“I'm not sure we have that quantity”“Your invoice will arrive tonight”
Branch stock availability directly from the Metrify point of sale

When the system does its part, people can simply keep working.

One operation moves more than it seems

One sale. Six consequences. One story.

Customer, inventory, money, tax, salesperson and branch change at the same time. Metrify keeps those relationships so nobody has to rebuild them later.

Your people have work to do

Tell us how you work. We make the system understand it.

Discounts, credit, permissions, tax relationships and internal rules can be complex. The person in front of the customer should not have to carry all of that.

Sales

fewer calls; more answers in front of the customer.

less waiting for reports; more knowing where to look today.

Metrics for running the business, not decorating it

A branch can sell more. And still be worse off.

Sales, targets, collections and receivables can move in different directions. Metrify connects them so the result tells you where to look, not only how much you sold.

The heatmap answers one simple question: where should I look first?

Where it started

Metrify did not imagine these problems. It had them in front of it.

At Construalianza, a sales note once meant going back to the office. Recording a purchase could mean entering an invoice item by item and receiving it into inventory. A customer invoice could wait until night. Those steps became product decisions.

If we can remove steps, we remove them.

Repeated entry, rules people must memorize, manual validation or oversized infrastructure: technology only gets more complex when the problem truly demands it.

That spreadsheet nobody can remove. That rule only one person knows. That income statement that arrives after the month is over. That is where a good Metrify demo starts.
